Comments:
The provisions for changes to the RIF procedures are totally unbelievable. What is next just get rid of veterans preference all together? The system doesn’t want base anything on seniority or longevity? Just get rid of the older employees and hire new ones and put them in the lower pay bands? What happened to build the team? All you will end up with is sub-standard employees. Oh yeah just like most contract workers for the government, cause they care! When pigs fly.
