Having worked for the Federal Government for over 22 years, I have seen it all ! With this New System, management will have the ultimate control of the quality of our lives, our PAY CHECKS ! I understand this because your System is not yet in place, and Awards are given to the Supervisor and his BUDDY's even now. Not to mention the Human Relations portion of your System, that is being implemented as we speak to remove personell who have been entrapped or find themselves under the ever watching eye of our Human Resources Department. This System allows clerks to badger fellow workers with the threat of time off or REMOVAL, while strangling UNION RIGHTS for hard working productive Federal workers. In all fairness I will say that as a whole the Federal Government needs to adjust the work force, My concern is that Supervisors who have attained their positions because of their lack of productivity are further exalted with the power of a workers wage. Hence the time proven expression - If they cannot produce - Promote!. Maybe it is time to revisit the Private Sector? Thank You for your Time.
