Comments:
There is no provisons/guidelines for overtime pay. What will if any be the amount of compensation for overtime work? Will it be similar to how it is now that instead of greater of time and a half at the GS 10 step 1 level or your hourly rate would it be the greater of first salary for payband group 3 (assuming 5 paybands) or your hourly rate? What exactly will be the rules?
