THIS IS A GENERAL OVERALL COMMENTS: I THINK THIS IS A SAD TIME WITH THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WHEN A PERSON HAS WORKED ALMOST 30 YEARS AND BECAUSE OF A NEW STUPID REGULATION CHANGE CAN BE ELIMINATED FROM A JOB BECAUSE OF A PERFORMANCE STANDARD/RATING FROM A SUPERVISOR, WHO HAS POSSIBLE NOT BEEN WORKING AS LONG A TIME AS THEM. JOB PERFORMANCE IS IMPORTANT DON'T GET ME WRONG, BUT THIS NEW STANDARD DOES NOT SEEM FARE, BECAUSE IF A PERSON HAS BEEN PERFORMING WELL ABOVE STANDARDS FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS AND A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER DECIDE ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DON'T LIKE THE PERSON BECAUSE OF SOME MISHAP THAT HAPPEN OR NEW SUPERVISOR/MANAGER COMES ALONG AND DECIDE THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEIR FAVORITE PERSON, THEY CAN RATE THEM BELOW STANDARDS ALTHOUGH THE ARE DOING UP STANDARDS JUST TO GET RID OF THEM OR HAVE THEIR PAY REDUCE. PEOPLE WITH FAMILIES COUNT ON THIS PAY TO MAKE ENDS MEET (THIS IS NOT FARE OR RIGHT).
