Comments:
Subpart A, section 9901.361(b) allows DoD to set overtime rates (for employees other than those covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act). The current adminstration has already changed the overtime rates to the detriment of workers. This section will allow DoD to further degrade overtime rules and rates for employees.
