Comments:
Section 9901.406(b) states that employees are always accountable for demonstrating professionalism and standards of appropriate conduct and behavior, such and civility and respect for others. I don't believe that the Secretary and DoD are demonstrating professionalism, civility, and respect for DoD employees by allowing NSPS to be presented without being fully defined.
