I’ve read the proposed changes, regulations and implementations on National Security Personnel System (NSPS) for both mangers and employees. Stating that this will be a more flexible civilian personnel management system. It may sound great for you all but my question “IS” what do civilians benefit from this? As far as I can see it is more benedictory to the government then civilian employees. You may or may not be aware that there are supervisors out there that overlook their employees and it’s hard enough to try and get recognize due to this. I speak for myself and for what I see. Some people work hard and I know some don’t. If it is hard trying to get recognize now “How” much harder will it be when NSPS is implemented?
