NSPS will only give the "Good Ol' Boy Club" more opportunities to reward itself. They will give the raises and promotions to their club members without worrying about the little guy who comes into work each day and does a great job. They'll take the credit and their pay and now no one will be able to do a thing about it. Whistle-blower protection, BIG DEAL. I put a complaint in over a year ago and they just got to interviewing me. It wasn't anonymous as I requested nor was it worthwhile for all of the stress I went through. It only rewarded the people who screwed the government and it sends the message that it's ok. They don't need a more effective way to hire people, the one they have now works great - they hire family members.
