05 CFR 9901 NSPS-2006-001 3206-AK76 Since the new system proposed will be taking all of the rights established under the civil service system, which was set up to help insure veterans would have jobs. Let Congress and members of the presidential staff work under the same system and let them be the first ones to work under the same rules. Even in the private sector employees are given the right to accept or refuse new systems that will change their lives and futures. It's like taxation without representation and having no say in something that takes our rights away.
