This proposal is absolutely ridiculous. The system has been in place for 50 years and I pray that we do not allow these changes to take place. I am about to make Step 6 and I know I will max out the pay bands long before I am eligible for retirement. I know the current system works. A few years ago, the Equal Employment Opportunity office substantiated a complaint I filed and took action to end abusive supervisory practices. I shudder to think what would happen if I had been in the new system. My duties require me to advocate for military families. Now, this proposal will require me to advocate for my family! Please do everything possible to prevent this from happening. What can I do to help? Let me know, I assure you that I will be a vocal opponent and loyal ally to prevent these recommendations. They will radically alter the way we conduct business and have a big impact on my families standard of living and quality of life! Jeff Pixler
