Subpart C Pay, Sections 9901.301 to 9901.373 DOD employees should continue to recieve across the board pay increases as determined by the congress. The pay increases for performance should have a percentage defined for each level of performance. Subpart F workforce shaping-9901.6012 to 9901.611 The RIF-Layoff rules should not be changed. The proposed rules is an invitation to gross discrimination and inequity.
