NSPS... plus A-76/MEO... After reading many comments on this website, I see that most CS employees recognize the wreak of BS, when they smell it. Both the proposed NSPS and the A-76/MEO process are subject to repeated abuse by dishonest, greedy, self-serving morons, who are steeped in the muck of the "Good-Old-Boy" network. CS employees continue to be harmed by the A-76/MEO process. And... the NSPS is a real SLAP IN THE FACE to CS employees. We should all fight it in any way we legally can. Speaking of MUCK... Rumsfeld is FULL OF IT.
