I believe the 5 year rule had something to do with the spouses of our Active Duty Soldiers as well as the Sofa agreement.In some ares it is totally disregarded.....as one high ranking GS employs a wife sister son etc no spouse of a soldier can even get there foot in the door......its a joke spousal pref is a joke.From the bottom up0......well unless you want to work in Burger King there is no way for spouses to get in.Look at the high ranking guys and then look wewre their wifes girlfriends etc and children work.The rule was set up to support the soldier and their familys I am tired of them forgetting this along with........noone would be here without the soldiers overseas that is
