There must be checks and balances in all aspects of compensation. I like this new system because I feel I'll get better compensation for what I do, but I'm concerned about supervisor bias in my rating. What is being done to help prevent this? Also, how will I know I'm getting paid in the correct band as well as the level of pay in that band? I'm concerned about both issues since I have a new supervisor with little experince.
