Would it be too much to ask that the proposed regulations be written in a way that all concerned employees could read and understand the contents of the script. A synopsis of the proposed regulations minus the added features of "he said, she said" and other items , which though pertainant are none the less irrelevant and only serve to confuse the average reader. Perhaps the intent was in fact to overload the issue and thus to exclude all but those indiviguals with ether legal training or the tenasity to muddel through the proposal and try to understand what exactly is or isnt being said. If so then you have done a fine job but if that was not your intent then you need to reconsider how you present the information. As a union steward I am concerned as to how the workforce will be effected and so even though I managed to not fall asleep reading the proposel I still couldnt tell anyone really what it says.In short, I would have to ask, how can I help my fellow workers when even I cant understand how they are effected.
