Comments:
Pay Banding system will only encourage favoritism, cronyism,and a more pronounced 'good old boys network then ever before. What it will produce is an obsequious, fawning, groveling workforce the likes of which have not been seen since the the worst of the French Monarchies. Under this system managers will be unable to get any actual work done fighting off the droves hanging on to thier pantlegs and employees will spend more time worrying if they have said anything ' untoward' to management or if they should have genuflected more deeply the last time they saw a prince approach.
