Comments:
It seems that there is a great possibility of creating an undesirable work environment that causes hate and discontent, backstabbing, manager and supervisor abuses and an overall decrease in moral in the work environment. I do not see this as changing anything except the actual lowering of the cost of living increases to the average worker.
