Where I work, I a supervisor will be evaluated by someone NOT in the NSPS system due to his AD (Admin Determined) status. This is UNEXCEPTABLE period. You folks are in for a nightmare that is just beginning. We have been following the implementation in Homeland Security, and it is reaking with problems. What are you folks REALLY up to? And just WHAT are you thinking?
