Pay based on longevity or performance? Right now, it's based on the team leader and what he/she thinks. They supervisor is told: "They're coming along well, but I think they need to do someting else in order to move up." You're not given an opportunity to prove yourself. So does that mean that one has to wait for years to go by in order to get a good performance rating or even a step or grade increase?
