Comments:
The use of the word Security in the title is nothing more than spin. It is being used as a means of scare tactic.... we must change the system for the security of the country. Much like the VP's remark about how we just couldn't guarantee a country safe from another terrorist attack if we voted for Kerry. What hogwash. The NSPS will make every DoD Civilian employee mobile/deployable at the direction of their supervisor to wherever we are directed to move without recourse. It is a blatant attempt to make civilians more military like. It will in effect reduce the number of young qualified individuals willing to work for the DoD and increase movements outside of DoD and retirements of those highly qualified patriotic current DoD employees. I will not support it and will continue to educate my co-workers as to what NSPS is really about.
