Comments:
The new NSPS System is very disturbing. We are told from time to time how much we are appreciated for the work we do and the services we provide, however actions speak louder than words. This is clearly a system that was created by someone in order to pick and choose who will succeed and who will not, not based on fairness and performance but soley on their own personal reasons. There is no way to make this a just and fair system.
