I think all of us are going to get hosed. If you and your boss are not best of buddies your promotion potential is zero to none. Maybe somebody somewhere will have compassion on the low life individuals who the boss thinks don't deserve a pay raise. Please do not implement this plan until my friends and I have the chance to retire.
