Comments:
NSPS will take the Civil Service System back to a time prior to the Hatch Act when your position, pay, promotions, and benefits were entirely at the mercy of the supervisor. Kiss Up and Move Up will become the status quo. Cronyism and nepotism will florish. Constructive feedback will evaporate because employees will fear reprisal. Suckupedness and Kissassability will be the only skill sets (KSAs) required. I hope I do not receive reprisal for voicing my opinion.
