N.S.PS. is a different kind of slavery, this will definitely set back the federal work force decades. Its like having the masters over seers there to protect his precious ones and ever one else must do the slave labor. Look, simple and to point, right now on the base where I work, I could inform you of dozens of situations where this system will only benefit the white employees, the friends of supervisors, the young and the good ol' boy network. Here is a good example. We have one african american supervisor in the building, out of six. This black supervisor isn't allowed to attend meeting held about his people or any other subject. He's not allowed too partake in any decision concerning his own work load. Now in this shop he' s the only supervisor that all our employee can relate and he the only black. Now, we have a white supervisor, he's been a super for about six months, this same white supervisor call a present employee a NIGGER to his face and got away with it. (JUST EXAMPLES) We have the paint supervisor that has been a supervisor about a year. Short and simple, all does is torment the minority employees. A white employee was given a adjustment to his appraisal when asked by his supervisor from upper management to get him a better job, it was done. But when the same was asked for a BLACK employee by the black supervisor it was seriously denied. This sort of thing will be happening very often if this system is put in to play. But the questions to ask yourself, is whom put this system in to play, and whom wants this system. This system isn't to help the masses, but to help the elite establish a better and stronger good ol'boy system. If theres anyone that reads this with any moral fiber that can make a impact to stop this system from becoming a part the world, its your duty to do so. BECAUSE THIS SYSTEM WILL BENEFIT ANYONE , BUT IT CAUSE ALOT OF INFERIOR AND SUPERIOR COMPLEXES AMONG OUR GOVERNMENT. IF YOU THINK A INJUSTICE HAS BEEN DONE TO WORKING MAN OVER THE DECADES JUST WAIT, SOMEONE HAS TO PAY. Theres so much in this system that will be taken advantage of by your so called upper management. Can you imagine a racist government today that only allows a white america not right america to work. Right america is that america that can get along no matter the color of your skin, or back ground, or financial status, or if your someones golf buddy. We are fighting lots of these problems now, but if this system get in place look out not for world peace but america peace.
