9901.342 Performance payouts. (b) Performance pay pools. The law should dictate that all perfomance payouts be public information. The percentages assigned to pay band should be made available to each employee same as the current pay schedule. (c) Performance shares. The assignment of the number or range of shares for each rating of record level, should be dictated by this law as public information. Without this information available to the employees the Credible and Trusted-system, as discribed in 9901.101 will not be obtained.
