Section 9901.231(b) prescribes policies and procedures for converting DoD employees to a pay band upon initial implementation of the NSPS classification system, and describes provisions that will be included in the implementing issuance on this subject. It seems that this procedure is already defined, since a provision has been defined. Can you put this procedure out now for comment?
