By eliminating GS and WG pay systems, how does NSPS obtain an equitable system? How does NSPS create an equitable system by taking out "cost of living" that is our only way of keeping pace with the economy? If eliminating with-grade increases is NSPS proposed fix, what would be your answer to replace it? By allowing Supervisors to determine pay raises, would create an atmosphere of hostility and retribution. How does NSPS determine that supervisor's should be an authority on pay? We are not paid what we are worth now, how does NSPS equate fairness by meeting budget goals on the backs of DOD personnel? By not being able to appeal personnel decisions, recieve a fair hearing, how does NSPS expect anyone to have equitability? By taking away employee's union rights, how does NSPS equate workers rights with shift selection, overtime rotation, leave policy, AWS, RIF rights, child care, health and safety? How does NSPS equate fairness by taking away Veterans rights and seniority by implementing a management right to pick who they want to stay?
