Docket number- NSPS-2005-001 9901.343, 9901.344, 9901.345 and all other paragraphs that state "in accordance with implementing issuances". Most paragraphs, like the ones cited above, do not provide me with enough facts to make a valid comment. Please refrain from implementing this system until you have truly communicated with the affected employees. If this document is an example of the quality of communication we can expect from DoD we are in big trouble.
