Comments:
Since the brief I received today I reallized that the comment was that the funding for pay pools will not go down (little hope for increase), and you plan to hire personnel at the higher civilian community pay, there will be even less funds availible for the pay pool. How could bonuses and pay increases be made without fully funding the pay pools? FAA did not fund their pay increases for 2 years, how will DOD prevent that?
