Due to abundance of retribution exists here at work site, I prefer to stay anonymous, to protect myself from risking possible exposure to others. It is a very good concept and should work benefiting nation as a whole if these rules and policies are carried out in good faith by those who are in position to execute the concept however, it also would give absolute power to those who are already biased and abusive without check and balance intact. What potential negative impact it may have and cause would be immeasurable. Yes, this excellent concept will work positively beyond one's expectations in Perfect world... Please, my comment comes from my past and present experience as it only takes one management personnel to destroyed many employees' livelyhood at work of which includes employee morale, loyalty, career, economics, health and beyond even with the protection employees currently entitled to. Please employees are being terrorized as it is. There are many issues to be addressed for example, direct and indirect favoritism, nepotism, unjust retaliation, harassment, ostracism... just to name a few. You can't just hand some of these irresponsible people a such a powerful tool to abuse and destroy work environment then ultimately the very foundation of the society. I do support the concept!! PLEASE just do include fair and sufficient counter measurements to encounter mentioned preceding issues. Appreciate the opportunity, Sincerely, 21
