I'm very concerned with 9901.341, Performance Payouts. Since I work in a Good Ole Boy type office, I'll never receive a performance payout. Currently, no matter how hard I work, how late I stay, or how much work I complete, I cannot compete for promotions or bonuses with the Good Ole Boys who sit with their feet propped up looking at sports on the internet all day. This will only make matters worse. It's like giving management a reason to discriminate against w omen.
