I do not see any considerations that DoD and OPM has taken to insure that fair labor practices will be enforced when it comes to raises promotion, etc. in this proposed NSPS. Racism still exists, and unfair labor practices still occur in our work force in 2005. When we put our fate in someone else hand , bad things can happen to good people. This is why I disagree to the changes that the administration is taking. I just think that prejudices still exist in color , race ,creed and religion. This move is just not a good idea at all.
