First question: I have noticed that in the past and present, certain Supervisors have made an effort of commenting on PARS (Performance Appraisals). Other Supervisors (deadbeat) will just grade your PARS, with no explaination. In the NSPS future, will these deadbeat Supervisors be held accountable to at least let the employee know why the rating was graded either good or bad? Second question: Some Supervisors do not, absolutely not, give out performance awards. Who will be monitoring these Supervisors? Every Supervisor has an outstanding or several outstanding employees therefore, a performance award is warranted. Third question: Some Supervisors award the same employees over and over again. Who will monitor these awards? Fourth question: How will NSPS tie into the resume site, CHART or STAIRS?
