Subpart A- General Provisions #6 Schedule - how can we possibly follow the schedule when according to the information that has been put out it does not seem as if a clear idea has been presented. The date of implementation is not the key, the key is implementing a system that will work. A system that has the buy in of the federal work force not just federal management . The system we have works, why change it, hire trained intelligent managers and start there, make them do their job now implement that now. I am against this new system and the way DOD has tried to implement it, Congress should take offense to this and stop this immediately and send it back, so far back that we improve the system we have and start there with the accountability.
