Comments:
I believe that the new proposals are uncalled for. There is a system already in place, that if used properly, should satisfy the National Security Requirements. This new proposal appears to deminish the rights of the worker, while greater latitude is provided to management. Not all managers are capable managers. Some lack common sense, and some have will use this new system to there advantage to damage the careers of highly skilled people they are not capable of managing.
