Comments:
1. This new system STINKS! This will only help upper mangement. Employees can't get a rise for performance with the present system in place now because there is always NO money. I know of employees who were put in to receive an incentive award and have not gotten it even though the paper work is in their files, again NO MONEY! 2. If employees have to depend on their supervisor to rate them, they better not have no conflict with them, mangement will take advantage of employees and employees will be fighting against each other just to prove they are better than the next employee. Some employees don't do there job and still get a rise and an outstanding rating every year just because the supervisor likes them. This systems needs to be looked at again.
