Under 9901.322 Pay ranges and adjustments may be different as much 2 or 3 percent from the top to bottom of the pay band. How is that fair and who would be the deciding official in the process? Why always compensate the top of the pay band? Is that we most of the senior level employees will be. Like always management comes first and the worker force takes the brunt of it. You are making a have and have not federal employees.
