Under 9901.332 local markets will adjust the life insurance, basic pay for retirement, severance pay. This is another way that the system takes advantage of the rural areas and penalizes the employee for working there. No one will want to stay in remote areas. Is this how the system plans to divert money from one area to another so you can pay off the big city employees and screw the rural employees.
