Pay Banding The initial savings to the government will be great, along with initial performance. Ten years out when the system has been fully implemented and operational, the costs will mount, and you can anticipate at least One Billion in additional costs to the Federal government annually. I have sent in information outlining this earlier, and would like to insure that it is known what will happen. I have seen to many professional consultants sell this same bill of goods in the private sector. They never stayed around long enough to see the true final results they collected their premiums and went on their way. Those companies would then have to hire people like me to repair the damage. It takes major rebuilding after you damage a working system, like we are about to do. I will stand by and do my best for our country and when you need help to fix this I will be here.
