Comments:
1. Why not just come out and say that you are going to get rid of everyone 40 years old or over as their expertise over the years in Government doesn't count anymore for anything. Only young people that are coming in off the street or college knows anything and, of course, they know all there is to know and are subject matter experts in any chosen field that the Government decides to put them into. And as far as pay being fair everyone knows that working for the Government that award ratings and promotions go to the ones that are the best liked or best friends where or not they travel, stay home a day or two a week or whatever they decide to do they are just like the goose that lays the golden eggs. I can only see this change as adding to the already problems of how people are treated as they grow older in Govt. Some parts of the country are worse than other parts.
