I think this would be as bad as the military eval system. Its bad enough that you have the buddy system here and anywhere you go. this will allow the people that has to be covered all the time to look good and the people who do the covering for gets no where. Atleast the system you have is you do your work or you dont. And for those that dont, atleast they are still looked at the same as the people who do. And nothing more special as where they could with the new system. It will make it so much easier for the buddies to look good even when they mess thing up. And we have alot of the buddies around here.
