Comments:
NSPS strips away the few remaining rights the Federal Employee has and leaves us vulnerable to vicious, vindictive, and incompetent managers. Insinuating that these changes in hiring, firing, promotions, pay, and awards are necessary in order for the United States to be more technologically proficient and flexible is foolishness. It's also a poorly disguised smoke screen of NSPS's real purpose---to reduce the Federal Employee to a mere slave to be disposed of if he or she objects to anything set down by management, however egregious. Our current system would work fine if managers were required to do their jobs properly. I strongly oppose NSPS.
