General Comments: Under the current system, I feel free to speak openly and honestly about any project or concern that I may have, without the fear of retribution. I don’t try to speak out to tear down, but to be productive and solve problems. I don’t know many other places that encompass this type of arena for sharing information and promoting team participation. Highly competitive people still compete to move up the managerial scale or for the “atta-boy” recognitions. There are the few that work the system to provide themselves an almost workless job. This is a flaw of the current system that requires repair. I believe this new system may create a more competitive atmosphere, where I will be forced to be miserly with my knowledge, and become part of a sub-group “click” among all my fellow workers in the name of competition. I just hope this new system doesn’t produce an unproductive, fend for yourself, make sure “I” get the raise atmosphere. It will sure be a shame if we throw away a system that allows the workers to put the concerns of the American people first, rather than their own.
