I am very leary of anything that I cannot read and understand, therefore, I am TOTALLY against this proposed change. I attempted to read Title XI (HR 1588-230)...notice that I said attempted. This document/law is not readable by the normal lay person. I will not accept someone else's summary of the law, as that someone will be for the proposed changes. I will not listen to the union, as they are totally agianst any changes and will give only the 'bad' side of the proposal. I request the law to be written in the lay person grade level of 6th grade. (Yes, I have a college education, but this is not understandable.)
