Whew!....After reading comments provided by DoD employees--it's kind of embarrassing to think these people are even employed and paid -- given their questionable ability to communicate, write, or even approach the NSPS with any semblance of common sense or selflessness. And my tax dollars are paying their overblown salaries? If NSPS is what it finally takes for feds to realize their employment is not an entitlement, that there are consequences for poor performance--then make haste with this program....it's long overdue....
