I'm a twenty-five year veteran of DoD; and this proposal really angers me. I am a high performance worker (GS 12 and earned a $2000 award this year). I't will not be easy, but it will do every thing it my power to leave my current job DOD job and move to a non-DoD job. Some time people would rather cut off their nose in spite of there face.
