Overall comment for Management Training and accountability: Even though management skills can be trained, implementation and the degree of implementation remains personal and a choice that can not be dictated. Fatal flaw that has haunted all prior good intentions to resolve and handle management/personnel issues. There is need of an independent power made up of at least three independent elements that overule both spectrums (management/personnel), empowered and chartered to enforce and exact fairness into all personnel employment situations of dispute. We should never be at the point of trusting one faction to do the right thing in any business dealings, we must always force equitable issues as evaluation points, holding management accountable, otherwise bad management and associated practices live on unchecked. Making checks and balance a priority keeps everything else under the umbrella equitable as well.
