Basically, what this proposal does is institute a "back-door" draft of Govt. Employees since the Defense Department has stretched the Active Military, Reserves, and Guard as far as possible. I'm sure they'll really be needed when you attack Iran. Donald Rumsfeld and President Bush are not for the military and they are not for the federal employee, either. I'm disgusted.
