nsps2005-001 performance management the idea of management being able to take or disregard your SENIORITY is unbelievable and unacceptable management cannot be trusted to be fair when it comes to promotions or rifs we see it here all the time the favoratism and unfairness in no way should these people have more say in a persons career or future no one reprimands them when its proven that they make huge errors or dont follow the rules or discriminate -- they get PROMOTED !
