I do not like the NSPS system at all. I feel that the system would destroy peoples livelyhoods and would even split apart families. The system would cause hate and discontent of the employees, and I can almost guarantee that the promotions would be given unfairly. People that are dependable and do good work wouldn't be getting as many promotions as the ones who kiss ass. I'm sorry but no one should have to go to work anywhere and kiss someone's ass just to get a promotion, and that is why I think the system should not be allowed.
